Welcome to Christine’s Farm to Fork restaurant. We are so excited to provide the CSRA a place to dine and come together. My wife and I are from here and so very proud to back in the community where we grew up. We have two children, Jacob and Jared, and they are part of the business. Our family resides on our farm in Johnston. We are happy to partner with other farmers and local vendors to bring you an exciting menu that is going to change seasonally. Our vision is to provide our diners with the freshest meal possible. Our menu was designed to utilize seasonal items sourced from our community. We want to showcase the talents of our community and be a part of creating a destination for food and beverage in Edgefield.

Our cuisine features food expertly prepared by Executive Chef Ray Allen and his team. Chef Allen is a native of New Orleans and is the grandson of Aristile Beauvais, who was the first chef at the Brennan’s restaurant in New Orleans. Chef Allen began his career by completing his training at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. He continued to hone his skills while working for Chef Paul Prudhomme at the Commanders Place in New Orleans. By age 25, he became the youngest Executive chef in Louisiana to head Galatoire’s restaurant.
